Mumaith Khan and Siva Balaji in a film


Mumaith Khan's new film in the direction of debutant Ramesh Raja on Siri Sai Surya Movies banner was today launched at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad. The film is produced by Sangisetti Dasarath. Dr. Ramanaidu clapped the muhurt shot and C. Kalyan switched on the camera. Hero Sivabalaji said that the taking of the film by director Ramesh Raja would be different and that was the reason for which he had accepted the project. "I am happy that talented artiste Mumaith Khan has not limited herself to item songs, but also trying her hand with heroine roles. I am very much thrilled to be working with her." Mumaith Khan said that she liked the story rendered by Ramesh Raja very much. She further maintained that her characterization in the film would be unique compared to all her previous roles. Director Ramesh Raja said: "This is a romantic and suspense thriller. There would be five songs. The regular shoot would commence from today and would be finished in three schedules. We are planning to release the film in July." Other important roles are played by Krishna Bhagwan, Ali, Venu Madhav, Ahuti Prasad, Tannikella Bharani, Kondavalasa, Satyam Rajesh, C. Kalyan, Abhinayasree and others.
